Rick Lobley

Licensed Home Inspector

My name is Rick Lobley and I own and operate Double Check Home Inspections, LLC. Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, we probably won’t meet until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing.Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends primarily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you permit Double Check Home Inspections, LLC to inspect your home, I guarantee that you will get our best effort. Give us 5% of your confidence and we will earn the rest.

This, I promise you.

If the inspector identifies problems, it does not mean that you should not buy the house, only that you will know in advance what to expect. A seller may adjust the purchase price or make repairs if major problems are found.
WHEN DO I CALL DOUBLE CHECK?
Typically, a home inspector is contacted immediately after the contract or purchase agreement has been signed. Before you sign, be sure there is an inspection clause in the sales contract, making your final purchase obligation contingent on the findings of a professional home inspection. This clause should specify the terms and conditions to which both the buyer and seller are obligated.
